Getting started with absenteeism data

2-day Masterclass | In-company

As a People/Occupational Health & Safety professional or People Analyst, you have important duties regarding absenteeism data. These data provide a lot of information on absenteeism behaviour and help you to prevent and reduce absenteeism. Working with absenteeism data often seems so simple. After all, everyone knows the terms ‘absence rate’ and ‘reporting frequency’. With this knowledge,  anyone can get started, right?

In practice, however, reducing absenteeism is easier said than done. Absenteeism figures may be unclear at times, definitions may be interpreted differently and figures from different systems may  not be the same. At the same time, managers keep asking for more insights while taking (too) little action themselves. Using theory, exercises and real-life case studies, this master class will teach you how to effectively use absenteeism data in your organisation.

Target group

This master class is suitable for anyone dealing with absenteeism, including for instance People Analysts, managers, absence coordinators and others working in P&O or HR.
