People Analytics and HR-Metrics for Data-Driven HR

5-day programme | In-company

More and more organisations are taking People Analytics seriously. As a result HR teams are increasingly incorporating HR professionals specialised in the fields of People Analytics and HR-Metrics. As an (upcoming) People Analytics specialist or People Analyst, you play a pivotal role in the organisation, helping HR professionals and management to substantiate people decisions with data. You use internal and external sources of information as well as research to extract new insights and identify new opportunities for the organisation. This 5-day course will help you lay the foundation for fulfilling your (new) role.

A comprehensive training course covering the full depth of People Analytics, from cleaning and analysing data to presenting it in the most effective way, and starting with asking the right business questions. This training is highly recommended: the location is good, Irma is an inspiring teacher and the group composition was conducive to peer-to-peer learning.
