What will be your impact?

AnalitiQs turns data into insights, thus creating value for clients: Turning data into profit! AnalitiQs is focussed on People issues.

The AnalitiQs team, which has grown rapidly in the past five years, is diverse and will continue to grow in 2022. All these new people will need to onboarded in their new work environment, and that is where you come in! Your internship will be focussed on organising and improving the onboarding journey.

Organisations may try very hard to find, enthuse and ultimately hire new staff. It would be a shame, however, if the first few months of this new colleague did not go smoothly. That is why we make it your mission to lift our onboarding journey to the next level. You will start by investigating the needs, followed by deciding and securing the content. This allows for creativity!

Who are you?

  • You are in the third year of your vocational degree programme (HBO-level) in HRM/People Management, Business or a similar programme.
  • You must be available at least 4 days a week for a period of around 5 months.
  • You must have good communication skills.
  • You are a proactive person: if you lack information or are unsure how to go about things, you independently investigate and/or ask for timely support.
  • You are eager to learn, to continuously develop yourself and get the best out of you.
  • You are accurate with good administrative skills and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Your written Dutch is flawless.

  • Together, you determine all of the things that you want to learn during your internship and ensure that you achieve your learning goals.
  • A generous trainee allowance (of EUR 500 per month based on a workload of 40 hours per week).
  • We are an enterprising and ambitious organisation, but sociability and cooperation are at least as important to us. For example, we have regular drinks parties, several business-update sessions and fun moments per year, as well as excellent free coffee and cookies.
  • Our office is located within the ring of Amsterdam and is easily accessible by public transport.
  • There is no need to come to the office every day, but you are of course more than welcome to do so.
